Products & intellectual property

• Sale of physical Binder and Frame prints to consumers and businesses.
• Products are unofficial fan art / physical prints and are not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, or related rights holders.
• Artwork remains the intellectual property of CaliffoCustomTCG / Manuele Califfo. Purchase grants ownership of the physical print only — not reproduction, resale of digital files, or commercial licensing rights unless agreed in writing.

Prices & payment

• Prices in euro, no VAT charged (Italian flat-tax regime) — full wording on invoices.
• Payment via Stripe Checkout.
• Prices shown at checkout (including shipping, discounts, and any duties estimate where displayed) are the amount charged. Currency is euro (€).
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Order confirmation is sent by email after successful payment.

Orders, production & delivery

We produce and ship physical Binder and Frame prints from Italy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier capacity, and customs. Risk of loss for consumer sales generally passes according to applicable mandatory consumer law (often on delivery to the carrier or on receipt, depending on the rule that applies to your order).

For shipping zones, free-shipping thresholds, and carrier options, see the Shipping page. International shipments may be subject to import VAT, duties, or brokerage fees charged by your country — these are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Consumer rights

If you buy as a consumer in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protections apply, including the right of withdrawal for distance contracts where applicable. Details are on the Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaliffoCustomTCG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other mandatory rules).

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform or seek remedies before the courts of their place of residence where mandatory rules so provide. For business buyers, exclusive venue is the courts of the seller’s place of business in Italy, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
