14-day right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase for undamaged products returned in original condition.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the withdrawal notice before the 14 days expire.

How to withdraw

Contact us before returning any parcel: tcg@califfo.dev. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and your preferred refund method if relevant. We will confirm the return address and instructions.

You may also use a clear statement (e.g. email) declaring your decision to withdraw. A model withdrawal form is not required; any unequivocal statement is enough.

Condition of goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of informing us of withdrawal. Products should be unused, undamaged, and in a condition that allows resale — ideally in original packaging. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Return shipping costs

Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, the direct cost of returning the parcel is borne by the customer (EU default for distance contracts unless we agree otherwise). We recommend a tracked service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of postage.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return (or you provide evidence of having sent it back), we refund the price paid for the returned items, including the standard outbound shipping cost where required by law, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. Supplementary delivery costs (e.g. express upgrades you chose) may not be refunded. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, and may be withheld until goods are received or proof of return is provided.

Exceptions & damaged goods

The right of withdrawal may not apply to clearly personalised goods made to the consumer’s specifications, where permitted by law. Custom / damaged-on-arrival cases are handled individually — please email photos of the packaging and product within a reasonable time of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Business buyers

The statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies to consumers. Business (B2B) purchases are subject to separate agreement; contact us if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
